I feel blessed to be loved by close family and friends, yet wonder why I still have toxic people in my environment.
Toxic people are the ones who give backward compliments, can never let you have even a small success without mentioning how you screwed up at something else, always bring up the past while you're working sooooooo hard at creating a wonderful future.
Block yourself from their toxicity. Mentally, emotionally, psychologically block their efforts to bring you down. In the end, if they "win", it was because you let them.

You truly are the creator of your future. Go BIG --- there is no other option.
